Overlooking Liège, the village of Dolembreux is the gateway to the Ardennes. The area boasts unspoilt countryside within the Ourthe, Amblève and Vesdre valleys. The location of the 2 (neighbouring) holiday cottages is ideal, along a quiet lane, close to several tourist areas: Esneux, Tilff, Aywaille, Spa, Durbuy and Liège.
There are many marked walking and cycling routes near the cottage.

The cottage is unique due to its location (between Liège and the Ardennes) and its comfort. Quietness is guaranteed due to its cul-de-sac location.
The cottage is very spacious for 8 people with a lounge and fully-equipped kitchen.
The kitchen is 35 m² in size. Equipment: fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, oven. dishwasher, electric hob), rustic table for 8 people, highchair, armchair, pellet-heating system for a cosy atmosphere. The kitchen has direct access to the terrace and a view of the wooded countryside.
The lounge occupies 60 m². Equipment: 3 leather armchairs (3 pers + 2 pers + 1 pers), coffee table, digital TV/DVD, Wi-Fi, Hi-Fi, table football, darts, board games, children’s games, projection screen. Central heating.
In the garden, there is a 30 m² wooden terrace, garden furniture for 10 people, 2 parasols, barbecue, pétanque area, toboggan and a lawn.
The cottage comprises 4 bedrooms (2 single beds per room), 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs and 1 utility room.
There is a free Wi-Fi connection.

In the garden, there is a covered terrace and a 500 m² lawn. There are garden games, a table tennis table, barbecue, etc. There is parking for 6 cars.

We live in the neighbouring house. We can be available to guests should any questions/issues arise.
The location
The cottage is in a village with houses built from local stone. We enjoy walks through the streets of these old villages and the surrounding countryside.
Transportation
Access is easy by car. The cottage has private parking for 4 cars,
The holiday cottage can be accessed from Méry station just 4 km away. Méry station is 15 mins from the famous Guillemins station in Liège.
